Good News Brett! I am with Phil, Where should we buy your book? Is it better to go to the store and face all the books forward or will it be determined by the amount of gift cards I get in my stocking this year? How important are these Amazon numbers?
Honestly, Amazon numbers are not as important as in store numbers. And it's always good to support our brick and mortar shops.
Hold off until the end of June. Buy it in a store. If for some reason it's not there, ask them why not? If it is, tell them you've heard that it's great! And always, ALWAYS, when you see books by people you know on your local booksellers shelves, turn them cover out. :)

That's certainly true, Brett. I usually try to buy most of my books at the local independents. Murder by the Book for my mystery/thriller needs and Powell's for other stuff. But I also can't resist the one-click lure of seeing Killer Year books at Amazon (as well as friends of Killer Year books, Phil!)
Maybe I'll hafta buy two copies of each, one via click and one via brick. They'll all make great gifts!
