THE DECEIVED hits the UK

As of today, my second novel - THE DECEIVED - is in bookstores throughout the UK and Ireland! If you're over there and have a chance, check it out, then let me know what you think.

I'm embarrassed, Brett, but I forgot to email you to tell you your interview is up on SpyThrillers.org!

I hope you're having a fabulous release month!

I picked up a paperback copy of the cleaner some months ago and humbed through it very quickly. I read a lot of crime/mystery books and I really enjoyed the different slant taken with your main character. An excellent book.
I purchased the deceived yesterday and I had it finished by 2am! I couldn't put it down, I've read all the grishams, pattersons and childs and would certainly rate you at such a level.

My thanks and compliments on a terrific 2nd book.

Nice cover...excuse my ignorance, but why is it different from the U.S. version?

By the way, I am half way through with "The Deceived" - Great work.

Often publishers in different countries use different covers because they feel what they come up with will play better in their specific location. In the case of the UK, guns on covers don't connect as well with readers there as the do in the US. For them creating a more international look worked better. Great question!

Glad you're enjoying The Deceived.
